Here's Car, she was so sick. I knew she wasn't feeling well but I didn't know just how much till she threw up. Poor girl. Never Drink the night before a shoot hehe.
Is this natural lighting? Looks like a soft box reflecting in her eyes. What's your method for finding a shot like this if so? You come up with the idea and then pull out the lighting and tell the model what their space is?

Haha to be honest? I always grin a little whenever someone says my lighting's great or I'm really good at manipulating natural light. I just wing it, and I guess I have a talent for it. Doing 3d modeling an animation for years will give you that kind of gut instinct. As for this particular shot, I attached a flash to a light stand outside with an umbrella and said "hey that's kind of a neat little spot there, let's take some pics" and voila.
I'm loving the contrast between the subject ant the wall She really pops out of the whole image, yet as strong as she looks, theres still somthing soft and innocent about her
